纸镇，以铜、玉、石、竹等为之，或效禽、兽、鳞、介诸形以镇纸，使之不动，亦称书镇，常见的多为长方条形，因故也称作镇尺、压尺。此纸镇以铜为材，器重，呈长方状，通体运用高浮雕与浅浮雕之法表现云蝠纹样，以中部锦云为隔，两端各饰三只形态各异的瑞蝠，展翅于飞，祥云缭绕，纹样描绘详尽而写实，饶有趣味，下连回纹底座。整器集实用与美观于一体，造型生动，形神兼备，长置案头，备添华绮。
