四出头官帽椅，搭脑两端及扶手围鳝鱼头式，圆润柔婉。靠背板三攒，上方附横枨与搭脑相接，过渡自然，搭脑两端向上微翘起。靠背上部有壸门式开光，镶有大理石；中部平镶素板；下部装壸门式亮脚开光。扶手曲线柔婉，软屉座面，边框上下起线，中为素混面。座面下牙板三面壸门，竖牙条上翻出花叶，腿间装前后低赶枨，前方和两侧枨下还附有直牙条，在黄花梨家具中，四出头官帽椅是甚为难得的品种，尤其是成对者更为不易，甚受藏家青睐。
