整器呈琵琶尊形制，为清代康熙朝流行的瓶式。纹样以五彩装饰，颈部绘五彩小童嬉戏，其一小童一手持笔，一手持金锭，寓“必定如意”之美好意义。主题纹饰绘福禄寿三星，福星手执笏板居中，一旁寿星，广额白须，执杖前观怀抱寿桃，观望身前持如意小童，画面丰满，寓意吉祥。高圈足，圈足外侧绘有缠枝菊花纹饰。此尊有别于一般康熙五彩的绚烂，以黑彩为主要用色，辅以描金（有脱落），在光洁的白釉面上使主题纹饰更为立体凸出，造型规整，为难能可贵的康熙五彩名品。
