Rare plate, with a decoration depicting the visit of the Magi to the Child Jesus, lined on the wing with a round of cherubs in clouds. Glazed earthenware in blue monochrome.
Signed "Roos". Diameter: 22,5 cm. Condition: No accidents or restorations, scratches around the edges. A series of biblically decorated plates of the same model-Aronson: "The Vanhyfte Collection", illustrated and described on pages 9 and 10.
