The front features Greek lettering and waves of the Aegean sea on either side of the Athens Games emblem; the reverse bears raised text between a similar design as the front, “Games of the XXVIII Olympiad, 13–29 August 2004.” Includes the original presentation folder and participation diploma, awarded to Ivo Kaderka.
