Lot comprising five boxes, one of which is oval in shape and made of cardboard, the dark lid of a printed cloth depicting scenes of life in the countryside (wear - 4.5 x 17.5 x 11 cm), a gilded metal box, the openwork border, the dark lid of a cloth printed after a painting by Degas, the underside of the lid and the box with an engraved decoration of scrolls and interlacing, marked J/P.M (oxidation and wear - 3 x 9.5 x 10 cm), a rectangular box of carved wood, the border decorated with curved arches, the lid of a flowered branch (missing and worn - 5 x 12.8 x 7.5 cm), a rectangular box of painted and gilded wood decorated with friezes of interlacing, flowers and foliage (wear and tears of paint - 4,5 x 12 x 8 cm), a cylindrical box in blackened wood decorated with friezes of mother-of-pearl mosaics (accidents) and a rectangular box in wood covered with a burrberry veneer, the edges decorated with blind brass cartridges, it rests on four arched feet (accidents and misses - 10 x 16.5 x 9.3 cm)
