刘仑（1913—2013），原名刘佩伦，笔名流铃，广东惠州人。1931年毕业于广州市立美术学校，1934年参加鲁迅倡导的新兴版画运动，1950年任南京市文联委员、美术部总干事。1951年参军，任《解放军文艺》美编、中央军委总政治部文学美术创作室和中国军事博物馆创作员。1976年转业广州，曾任广东画院绘画组组长、首任广州画院院长、首任广州市美术家协会主席。
