颜梅华（1927—），号雪庵，斋号琴斋。浙江乐清人。四十年代中期从事连环画创作，尤其擅长武侠剑客等题材，解放前被誉为连环画“四小名旦”之一。曾为中国美协会员、上海文史研究馆馆员。
