钤印：缪斌|款识：安乐仁兄雅属，缪斌。|简介：缪斌，字弼丞，号丕成，江苏无锡人，绰号“小道士”，中华民国时期著名政客。当选中国国民党第二届候补中央执行委员。同时期，被任命为国民政府立法院立法委员，抗战爆发后，缪斌投靠日本，沦为汉奸，参加伪中华民国临时政府。1940年3月，汪精卫的伪南京国民政府成立，缪任伪中央政治委员会聘请委员。1945年日本投降后，缪斌被国民政府以汉奸罪逮捕，判处死刑。
