The porcelain with tall ovoid body, thick, with bulbous lower region, sweeping up into a slender neckline and straight slightly flaring mouth rim, raised with a short rectangle footing, two archaic dragon handles flanked from neck to the shoulder rim, create majestic handles. All reserved in hand painting ornamentations, rendered in clean white under glazed ground color which contrast against the blue and red fine color. The main belly five claws imperial dragon soaring amidst flames and vapors, with face and upper right appendage outstretched toward the heavens. Vigorous dragons chasing flaming pearl amidst flames against cobalt blue color scrolling cumulus clouds. The backdrop depicts swirling wind and fire painted atop a beautiful white under glaze. thrashing wavy lishui water decorated on foot base rim, enclosed with scrolling interlocking ruyi oh the upper mouth rim and upturning phoenix tail on the neck. Each section part banded and enclosed with double fine rings. Dragon is the symbol of the Emperor, the Son of Heaven, eternity, Yang and Yin, male vigor and fecundity, the Li-shui wave pattern which is known to be the abode of dragons. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.
