出版：《山水堂藏玉——形神兼备》p237 |展览：“台湾山水堂藏玉特展”，天津博物馆，2005年|白玉略有浅微黄沁，方形上下圆弧片状。牌首以阴线斜磨如意云纹，中间有一孔可供佩挂，牌下也有一孔，似乎是后钻的比较特殊。正面浮雕山石上有一棵苍翠古松，枝叶茂盛，松树下有两匹骏马，或昂首伏卧嘶鸣，或站立昂首嘶鸣，姿态各异，马身通体光素，各部位比例均匀协调，肌肉强健、刻画生动、栩栩如生。背面牌中央篆刻“福禄永昌”四字，以求吉祥如意。
