An Iznik pottery dish, Turkey, 17th century, of shallow rounded form on a short foot with everted rim and slightly raised well, decorated in raised-red, cobalt-blue, green and black on a white ground with a saz leaf on a ground of carnations and tulips, the rim with aalternating blue flower heads and leafs, zig-zag design filled with partial flowerheads, 26.3cm. diam.
