A large Chinese porcelain dish for the Islamic market, China, 18th century, painted in famille rose enamels on celadon ground with flowering peony blooms amongst leafy stems, 35.5cm diam. Provenance: Private Collection, Greece Heavily restored from a break - glued back together with overpainting - the reverse with many small holes possibly due to previously being stapled, nibbles to foot rim, minor losses in areas of restoration.
