A TIBETAN LACQUER-GILT BRONZE HEAD OF A BODHISATTVA, 14TH-15TH CENTURY Wearing a headdress and a crown, the hair tied into a bun, the face with a serene expression, downcast eyes and a gentle smile. The back of the hair and its complexity indicate this head originates from southern Tibet. Remains of red lacquer. Provenance: Italian private collection. Condition: Fine condition with minor wear, traces of use, losses and casting flaws.
