A TANG DYNASTY CREAM-GLAZED 'ROPE TWIST' EWER China, 618-907. Of bulbous form with a short waisted neck and everted lip, applied on one side of the neck and shoulder with an elegant rope-twist handle terminating in three separate straps opposite the short cylindrical spout, covered in an cream white glaze stopping just below the center of the body, revealing the white body.
