A KHMER BRONZE FIGURE OF UMA, ANGKOR PERIOD, BAYON STYLE Khmer Empire, 13th century. The goddess standing on a lotus flower, wearing a cylindrical makuta with a diadem-shaped tiara, a long finely incised sampot, long earrings, and a necklace while holding a lotus bud in each hand, her face with ridged eyebrows, broad nose, and pouting lips. Provenance: Belgian private collection. Condition: Excellent condition with minor wear and casting flaws, small nicks, a fine patina and remains of red lacquer.
