Each has a straight toprail of round section continuing to straight corner posts and extending to the back legs below the rectangular frame with a soft mat seat. The elegantly curved backsplat is carved with a ruyi-form medallion. The straight, rounded armrests continue to the front corner posts and are supported on slim, tapering stiles.
