Of compressed circular form, the incurved mouth rim exterior encircled with a band of ruyi heads, the interior painted with a wrathful flying five-clawed dragon chasing flaming pearl, base inscribed with six character Qianlong mark with unglazed foot ring. 此件筆洗敞口、鼓腹、內圈足，外壁一圈青花如意紋飾，底足一圈青花海浪紋飾，簡潔明快，筆洗中心繪青花雲龍紋飾，蒼龍矯健有力，畫工細膩精湛，青花發色青翠，底刻“大清乾隆年制”六字三行款。
