A pair of miniature silver candlesticks Silver Baluster-form shafts with shellwork décor issuing from round scalloped bases. With replaced, separately worked nozzles. Trademarks: Devious eagle mark as inspection mark. H 11 cm, weight 159 g. With an indistinct eagle assay mark attributed to Germany, around 1760. Provenance Private collection, Copenhagen. Paar Miniaturleuchter Silber. Rund fassonierter Fuß und Balusterschaft mit getriebenen Blattmuscheln. Die eingesteckten Traufschalen ergänzt. Marken: Verschlagene Adlermarke als Beschauzeichen. H 11 cm, Gewicht 159 g. Deutschland, um 1760 Provenienz Kopenhagener Privatsammlung.
