大明嘉靖年制。 此罐方口，短颈，丰肩鼓腹，方圈足。罐唇口，直颈，溜肩，肩下曲线婉转至底足。内外施白釉，器身线条秀美，白釉莹润，釉色如雪，温其如玉。罐体造型秀美，工艺精湛。嘉靖期间，方形器物较多，此器型另有四方白釉矾红龙纹罐，四方五彩花纹罐，为明嘉靖时期典型官窑制式。
