上款人陈其业（1870-1961），字勤士，浙江吴兴人，中国近代民主革命家、中国同盟会元老，陈其美胞兄，陈果夫、陈立夫之父。
作者简介：叶景葵，字揆初，号卷盫，别称存晦居士，浙江杭州人。民国著名实业家、藏书家。中国首位银行董事长。光绪二十九年（1903）进士，受维新思想影响，赴赵尔巽幕下，掌理财政、商矿、教育，后弃官经商，主持兴业银行。晚年致力于古籍收藏，擅长诗文，对草药、畜牧亦有研究。
