Zun, the bronze ware of Early and Middle Western Zhou Dynasty. Dimensions: Hight 23.5cm,With a raised 15.3 cm, Mouth diameter 14.3cm; bottom diameter 8.2cm.Its naming begins roughly with the classification of the book“Xuanhe Bogutu”.Zun is listed as a category, although a few of them are mixed with Zhi,Pot,Lei and most of them are regarded as a category.Rong Geng's "Yin Zhou Bronze Ware" called it "a large and circular foot wine container". Zun as a wine vessel, it appeared later than Jue and Dou.It appeared in the upper tombs of Erligang in the Shang Dynasty, and often appeared in combination with Ding, Gu, Jue, and Dou.From the period of the Erligang to the Yinxu period, the shape of Zun changed from a small mouth and deep abdomen to the trumpet mouth, slender, and with a slightly belly,like the the shoulderless goblet-shaped Zun.The non-shouldered goblet form is also a summary of the form of the bronze Zun prevalent in the early Western Zhou Dynasty in Ma Chengyuan's book "Chinese Bronze."
