此壶平盖，其上饰贴塑珠钮，喇叭形口，曲流细长，扁曲柄与颈、腹相连，鼓腹，底承圈足，壶身满釉，通体施白釉，整器典雅秀美，素雅简洁，釉色和器型互相烘托，艺术效果极佳，实可宝藏。 德化窑创烧于宋，素以白釉器和瓷塑著称。其制品胎、釉浑然一体，瓷质致密，色泽光润明亮，故有“猪油白”、“象牙白”等称。许之衡《饮流斋说瓷》曰：“白者颇似定窑，惟无开片，佳者瓷质颇厚，而青里能映见指影，以白中闪红者为贵。”盖子内侧一处小磕、壶身与流连接部缺失。
