据《清宫造办处活计清档》记载，乾隆三年(1738)六月二十五日，唐英曾奉旨照样烧造“成窑青花八吉祥靶碗”，即此一品种。拍品撇口弧腹，下承高足。内口沿一匝朵云纹，碗心绘十字金刚杵；外壁绘莲托八吉祥纹，装饰繁而不乱，笔触精湛娴熟，青花发色翠雅。
