Indistinctly initialled and dated, (possibly PA 1806), on the stern of the beached rowing boat. Possibly depicts The Downs at Deal where ships sheltered whilst awaiting a favourable wind to proceed onwards up the Thames, watercolour on paper, 30 x 48cm. Framed and glazed.
