A Japanese bronze planter, Meiji period, signed Yoshitani/Bikoku, decorated throughout as a gaggle of geese, on wooden stand, the planter approximately 49cm diameter/see illustration CONDITION REPORT: Needs a clean. There are two feet loose where leg joins bowl, not sure if this is part of construction or damage. One foot missing a section. Some claws missing or bent. Base made in sections, some seams visible and one or two splits. Lots of dents where feet have rested, generally a bit tired.
