Dimensions: 19-1/2" L x 4-7/8" W Chinese Qing Dynasty gilt Bronze ruyi scepter, with traditional knot attachment. Ruyi can mean may your wish be granted Gilt Lotus flower head, with gnarled vines and branches depicted along the stalk. Bronze has a grey-brown patina with some of the gilt markings thinning due to years of being held. Overall the scepter is in gorgeous condition with minimal marring of the surface.
