All reserved hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white underglaze base color which contrast against the Famille Rose color. A Famille Rose color is any color that has just enough white mixed into it to look pale and soft while maintaining its colorful personality. The most common pale colors we've seen this year are soft millennial pink, light azure, creamy mint, and whimsy yellow. A Famille Rose color is defined as any hue with a high value lightness and low to medium saturation the purity or intensity of the color. The main belly delicately fine depicted boys playing in the garden meadow with their sage guard among flowers blooms, fresh green foliage, dense tree, and the rocky, enclosed with repeating taotie mask on the shoulder and geometric petals on the foot base rim. The neck decorated in cloisonne design with lotus flowers blooms interspersed scrolling interlocking foliage and tendril, banded and enclosed with single gilt thick ring line. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design.
