［题识］临窗谈海市，凭栏笑蜃楼。辛酉三月，张明同志存念，镜涵写于北京草舍。||［钤印］何镜涵（朱）、玉楼人醉（白）|何镜涵|（1923-2008），号君望，别名少民，满族，北京人，与徐燕荪、王雪涛、溥雪斋、吴光宇、吴镜仃、蒋兆和等著名画家友谊甚厚，非师即友，与王雪涛先生合作出版连环画《炮大哥》，也与吴光宇、吴镜仃等先生合作绘制《首都之春》大幅山水，并给古典文学故事画了大量插图。
