瓶呈九连葫芦型，主体大葫芦，上下腹部各连四小葫芦各出四孔，合为九孔。拍品器型沉稳，通体施天蓝釉，釉色均匀肥厚。自唐以来，因葫芦谐音“福禄”为民间所喜爱，遂成传统器型。及至嘉靖此器尤为盛行并多有变化，到清雍正创制一孔葫芦瓶嗣后，变化多样，本品即为一例。款识：“大清雍正年制”六字三行篆书款
