AMENDED - A late 19th century French 'Boulle' style red tortoiseshell and brass mantel clock, of waisted balloon form with floral and angel mask pediment, the inlaid brass panels of scrolling foliate form, with brass bracket feet and applied decoration, the white enamle dial with blue Roman numerals and black Arabic five minute markers, with pierced and engraved brass hands, the twin train movement with outside count wheel, striking the hours and half hours on a bell, the backplate numbered '14951' and '3, 11', the pendulum with brass bob engraved with scrolling design, 30cm high The movement is winding, ticking and striking but not fully tested or guaranteed.
