觚，原为中国商周青铜器中的一种酒器和礼器。宋代开始生产瓷质觚，其功能亦由酒具转变为陈设用器，因多用于插花，也称花觚。此件花觚撇口、长身，平底外撇。胎质洁白，釉面光润。通体以青花为饰。器壁通景绘折桂图，庭院中见一对男女双手作揖，长跪于一手持桂枝的官宦面前，官宦身后侍从手持长扇。整幅画面主次分明，人物形象刻画生动。整器造型隽秀，青花发色浓郁，实为文房案头陈设雅器。
