和阗白玉质地，细腻温润。器呈鸡心形，中部穿一同形孔。正面高浮雕一大一小两条螭龙。大螭龙头呈三角形，四足匍匐，回首探望，尾卷曲，姿态虬曲。小螭龙作坑点圆眼，与大螭相视，身躯较短，尾巴粗长。器表有艳丽的红色沁斑，背面减地阳起如意云纹。宋代拟古摹古之风盛行，此件即为宋时模汉代鸡心佩的典型器物，十分古朴典雅。
