玉印为白玉质地，印台端方，局部受沁呈褐色，包浆莹润。印钮高浮雕一螭龙，螭随形雕琢，螭身盘曲，伏身印上，双目突出，圆耳贴颈，长尾分叉翻卷，颚下有一钻孔。印面琢饰四字，字体厚重，解体十分独特，富有神秘感。整器刀法精炼犀利，游刃有余，颇有韵味。
