和阗白玉制成，因受沁局部呈红色沁斑，玉质细密温润。圆环小巧玲珑，通体装饰绞丝纹，细密整齐。古玉纹饰中，绞丝纹较为古老，最早出现于新石器时代，流行于春秋战国，为贵族玉制品常使用的一种装饰纹样，因其形如扭曲束丝而得名。此件小玉环纹饰以斜阴线琢刻，互不交叉并由外向内形成涡旋状，又称绳纹，绦纹，扭丝纹。具有战国至汉代风格。
