和阗白玉质地，玉质细腻温润。佩体为如意形，外缘饰宽边，中部开光，内雕海屋添筹纹样。下半部雕为惊涛巨浪，细阴线雕刻水波，浪花翻卷。一缕云朵自海中升腾而起，云朵上立一楼阁。天空中一仙鹤口衔树枝飞向海屋。此纹饰为传统祝寿之祥瑞图样，李开先《林冲宝剑记》第二出有载：“欣逢日吉时良，海屋添筹，南山寿祝无疆。”现北京故宫及慈禧娘家桂公府中之房梁即有之。外包18k金扣，并镶嵌红珊瑚及钻石，十分华美雅致，可直接佩戴。
