of traditional domed form, with reeded and gadrooned rims, comprising one large without crest and simple loop handle and two smaller with finely engraved crest and cast acanthus handles (53cm wide, 37cm wide) Heraldry: The crest as engraved is that of the family of Walker. These dish covers undoubtedly from part of the domestic plate of Sir Patrick Walker of Coates and Drumsheugh in the County of Midlothian (born 1777 died October 1837).
