戴以恒(1826-1891) 柳阴停棹题识：（文略）是以呼舟子暂泊其下，作片刻玩味，不禁怀我越生世兄，以为此时尚仲冬耳，若一遇春日，其气象当在言思拟议之外，记此以为越生应运鸣盛时颂。光绪丁亥六月初七日，用柏戴以恒并题于戴仁行馆。
钤印：戴以恒印、用柏、丙戌生
上款“越生世兄”即钟以敬（1867-1917），字越生、矞申，浙江杭州人，清晚期著名篆刻家。
