款识：“洁桥桐尚”四字二行篆书款说明：木胎圆盒，作蒸饼式，子母口，矮圈足。足内及盒内髹朱漆并覆以黑漆，漆面可见蛇腹段及牛毛断。盖面雕五瓣花纹为中心，四周环绕如意形云纹五朵，盒身亦作同样雕饰，所雕纹饰构图饱满，髹漆肥厚，漆色深褐带红，莹亮温润。云纹层次分明且每层均厚度一致，线条流畅委婉，非高人不能为。刀口断层处露出有规律的朱漆三层，正所谓“乌间朱线”之做法。
