白玉质，圆雕鳜鱼，局部有沁色。鳜鱼重环眼，张口上翘，腹鳍突出，摆尾，呈游水状。鳜鱼身体两侧阴琢细密的网格纹以示鳞片，鱼鳍与鱼尾处均阴刻细长线，背鳍为锯齿状，整体雕琢风格具有明显的元代特征。鱼背中间有一穿孔，可穿系佩戴。此玉鳜鱼可为佩、坠饰，寓意“富贵有余”。鳜鱼产于淡水河流湖泊中，鱼形玉饰不仅反映了江南水乡的风情，同时取音又颇具吉祥寓意，不失为一件精美的饰件。
