玉质白色，细腻温润。器主体为椭圆形，中有一圆孔，上端出尖，下端圆弧，正面微鼓，背面略凹。两侧透雕龙凤纹，并以阴线刻饰勾连云纹。凤鸟曲身，尾翎修长而下垂，羽翼飘逸。整体线条流畅，姿态优美。心形上下饰游丝流云纹。此玉韘形制典型，纹饰、做工均具有西汉特征。来源：香港他山雅集旧藏
