【题识】介眉五兄仁大人雅教，即请指正，弟潘祖荫书于木天署之西偏。 【钤印】潘祖荫、大里文章 【释文】盖闻地转风轮，九千里之河清可俟……临汉碑书应。 潘祖荫是清代官员、书法家、藏书家，他通经史，精楷法，藏金石甚富，其书法艺术有浓郁的书卷气和学者风范。他与赵之谦、吴大澂、翁同龢交往甚密。时与翁同龢并称翁潘云。此四条屏左右基本均衡，隽秀稳重。线条婉转婀娜，虽细而劲，字体疏而不散，平稳之中仍有动感。故笔意古雅，生动自然，墨趣横生。
