【题识】金罍徐三庚。 【钤印】徐三庚印、金罍 【释文】岳华定镇云雨西会，文武学识神人以味。 【说明】文物公司旧藏。 【按语】徐三庚精于金石文字，善篆隶篆书。苦习《吴纪功碑》，参以金冬心（金农）的侧笔用法，用笔妍媚泼辣，飘逸多姿，在吴熙载、赵之谦外另辟面目。此轴以侧锋取势，溶入隶法，线条流畅舒展，浑朴古厚。字体内紧外松，上密下疏，左右垂曳，生辣遒劲，结体巧妙的独特风格和灵秀清健的气质使其在晚清篆书家群体中辟地自立。
