边款：丙戌仲冬，童大年年七十又四作。 作者：童大年（1874-1955），原名暠，字醒盦，又字心安，一作心龛，号性涵、松君五子，又号金鳌十二峰松下第五童子，所居曰安居、依古庐、雪峰片石草庐，上海崇明人。篆刻家。幼时学印，师从赵穆。精研六书，尤善篆隶。流寓杭州，后居上海。西泠印社元老。平生刻印极多，出版有《依古庐篆痕》《童子雕篆》等。另有未出版的流传本《瓦当印谱》《无双印谱》《抚古印谱》《古人名印存》《肖形图像印存》等。
