Finger size Q Condition report: Shank very slightly oval. Wear to engraving on shank. Some wear to nacre of split pearls, one of the split pearls possibly a later replacement. Minor abrasions to garnets. Underside of head a little dirty, would benefit from being cleaned. Some wear to the settings.
