于希宁（1913—2007），原名桂义，字希宁，及长以字行，别署平寿外史，鲁根、管宠、梅痴，斋号劲松寒梅之居，山东潍县人。毕业于上海新华艺术专科学校国画系，任山东师范学院美术系副教授，山东省文联及美协名誉主席，山东艺术学院教授、名誉院长等职。擅书法、篆刻、诗词，绘画工简并攻，小写意花卉尤精，长于画梅。多次举办个展，出版有多部画集。
