苏葆桢（1916—1990），江苏宿迁人。自幼受其父熏陶，以善画闻名于乡里。1944年毕业于中央大学艺术系。曾任西南师范大学美术系教授、重庆市美术家协会副主席、重庆国画院副院长等职。苏葆桢对中西绘画技法兼收并蓄，熔铸一炉，悉心探索中国写意花鸟画，所画水墨、彩墨葡萄，透明鲜活，被画界誉为“葡萄苏”。
