拍品作长方形木扎状，一侧以篆书阳刻“慈禧皇太后御笔之宝”，凹陷处与四周各面匀施金漆，另侧以墨笔书：“步兵第廿一联队第三大队第十中队预备上等兵小川中市 明治三十三(四)年北清事件出征之时 北京万寿山游览○○山皇太后深华宝面○其印章二片札贴アリシラ○○シタルモノナリ明治三十四年七月廿一日度赠 清国万寿山之纪念”。拍品印文与北京故宫博物院清宫旧藏檀香木交龙纽“慈禧皇太后御笔之宝”较为相类，可资参阅。 《故宫经典－明清帝后宝玺》，紫禁城出版社，2008年，图269
