Signed and dated lower right. Moore was trained at the Chicago Art Institute and the Art Students League in New York, Eleanor Moore paints still lifes reminiscent of works by the Old Dutch Masters with great emphasis on color, shapes and atmosphere. Moore has exhibited with Knickerbocker Artists, the American Artists Professional League, Allied Artists of America, Hudson Valley Art Association and the Artists of America Show.
