The gold plaque with fine repoussé depicting Buddha standing in samapada on a lotus base, his right hand raised in vitarka mudra and his left lowered in varada mudra, wearing a long flaring robe, the face showing a benevolent expression with a gentle smile, the hair in tight curls surmounted by a flaming ushnisha.
